Yes we are fully insured. Proof of liability available upon request. 

We require a $125non refundable security deposit to secure your date. This does not apply towards your balance. Balance must be paid in full 7 days prior to the event. If you need to cancel, a raincheck will be given to be used within a year. We will conduct an inspection on site (if possible) during pick up and if there are no damages or unremovable stains, the security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours. Reasons for a cleaning fee *subject to discussion* excessively dirty equipment, food and or drinks in the equipments, signs of pets on or near equipment, signs of rules being broken, balls scattered throughout the location, shoe scuffs and or prints. 

Our rentals are for up to 5 hours. This will begin at the starting time of the event. Additional hours maybe added upon request for $100/hr. Our latest pick up time is 8pm. 

Anywhere within 15 miles of 60431 is free. Outside of the 15 miles a delivery fee of $2/mile roundtrip will be charged. 

We can setup indoor or outdoor. Illinois weather can change from night to do, we highly recommend having a backup plan if outdoor is your first option. We cannot setup in wet grass, dirt, mud, gravel or sand. We can setup in a venue or in your home. Limited on space? No worries, we will work with you on the best setup option. We kindly ask that you ensure the area is clear of clutter, debris, pet waste, and meets the minimum space requirement for the chosen package prior to our arrival.  

Your children’s and guest safety is our number one priority. We know how curious they can be and we also understand how fast and easily germs can be spread. Which is why sanitation and safety is our priority. Every single rental item and piece of equipment is thoroughly cleaned and inspected after each use. We use industry approved and safe cleaning products. Our equipment is also regularly inspected and assessed for any damages and repaired to ensure its quality is safe to be used.
